At RCIL, our staff will provide you with specialized on-the-job training skills to help you excel in your new role. Work one-on-one with a job coach to learn about your strengths, weaknesses, and job tasks, as well as the importance of time management.
RCIL’s job coaches provide hands-on assistance to prepare you for long-term career success. With our tailored job coaching program, you’ll receive feedback to help you improve, tips for communicating with supervisors and co-workers, and resources to help you perform your new job tasks with ease. We’re ready to work with you today so you can work independently in a role you love.
