Job Coaching Who We Serve

Overview

RCIL supports individuals with disabilities on their career journeys by offering a wide range of employment services. Our dedicated Employment Specialists are here to help you build essential workplace skills and connect you to job opportunities for long-term career growth. Turn your dream job into a reality with RCIL.

Please note that not all services are available to all participants.

  • Job Coaching: Work one-on-one with a job coach to improve workplace communication.
  • Job Development: Hands-on guidance through personalized career plans, resume building, and job application assistance.
  • Job Readiness: Receive personalized career coaching, interview preparation, and guidance on essential workplace skills.
  • Job Retention: Expert assistance on and off the job site (depending on the job site), plus ongoing support beyond the first 90 days of employment.
  • Pre-Vocational Training: Refine your networking skills, explore new career paths, and engage in community-based experiences.
  • SSDI/SSI (Ticket to Work): Free, vocational support services for individuals 18 to 64 who receive SSDI or SSI.
