Please note that not all services are available to all participants.
- Job Coaching: Work one-on-one with a job coach to improve workplace communication.
- Job Development: Hands-on guidance through personalized career plans, resume building, and job application assistance.
- Job Readiness: Receive personalized career coaching, interview preparation, and guidance on essential workplace skills.
- Job Retention: Expert assistance on and off the job site (depending on the job site), plus ongoing support beyond the first 90 days of employment.
- Pre-Vocational Training: Refine your networking skills, explore new career paths, and engage in community-based experiences.
- SSDI/SSI (Ticket to Work): Free, vocational support services for individuals 18 to 64 who receive SSDI or SSI.
