Main Street participants receive a comprehensive assessment to identify potential crises and the risk of juvenile justice involvement. Our team works closely with each individual and their family to develop a personalized family and support plan that highlights their strengths, addresses challenges, and helps minimize future risks.

  • Main Street works with youth and young adults up to age 22.
  • Services are available for individuals who are OPWDD-eligible.
  • Must have a documented developmental disability.
