Our dedicated job coaches are here to help you build essential workplace skills, connect you to job opportunities, and provide ongoing support for long-term career growth. Program Features
RCIL’s employment department will assist individuals in finding community-based employment through the following.
- Job Coaching: Work one-on-one with a job coach to develop job search strategies, improve workplace communication, and gain access to community resources.
- Job Development: Hands-on guidance through personalized career plans, resume building, and job application assistance.
- Job Readiness: Receive personalized career coaching, interview preparation, and guidance on essential workplace skills.
- Job Retention: Expert assistance on and off the job site, plus ongoing support beyond the first 90 days of employment.
- Pre-Vocational Training: Refine your networking skills, explore new career paths, and engage in community-based experiences.
- SSDI/SSI (Ticket to Work): Free, vocational support services for individuals 18 to 64 who receive SSDI or SSI.
