After 10 years as a systems advocate for the Resource Center for Accessible Living, a Hudson Valley organization that fights for self-determination for those living with disabilities, 33-year-old Keith Gurgui decided to retire. A decade of talking to politicians, crafting agendas and traveling back and forth to Albany has worn on him.
