RCIL Continues to Empower Independent Living Across Communities
For individuals with disabilities, the path to independence is often filled with barriers—but in Central and Upstate New York, the Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL) is helping to remove them. With decades of experience and a strong commitment to equality, RCIL provides vital programs and services that enable people of all ages to live life on their own terms.
Utica, NY — The Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL) remains a vital force in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently, make informed choices, and participate fully in community life. For over four decades, RCIL has championed inclusion, accessibility, and self-determination through a wide array of services and advocacy initiatives.
With programs that span personal care assistance, housing support, benefits advisement, and accessibility consulting, RCIL serves thousands of individuals and families annually throughout Central and Upstate New York.
